We have a set of values that gives meaning of being here, doing what we do and why we do it.
Those values make us a strong and concise set, either individually or collectively, allowing us to work efficiently and effectively.

 

Result oriented

In business, it's the results that count. Work produces deliverables.
The more effective we do our work, the more fun it will be. Work will get more fun the more we master it.
The more effective we are, the bigger and more complex work we can do in the future, increasing your marketvalue.

Working effectively for something bigger is more important than any position or title.
Hierarchies are important but we are not about hierarchies, we are about achieving the goals.

 

Focus on less

The key is to focus on little, on essentials.
Remember, too many different tasks decrease your effectiveness by factors.
Related to this value, we consider 3 other concepts:

  • time management,
  • management by objectives,
  • making time estimations.

 

Strength

Know where you are strong. Get help from 'inside' first.
Believe in your capacity to solve problems and gather strength from it.

 

Trust

Trust is always mutual.
In complicated situations, it always boils down to mutual trust.
If there is no trust, there is no belief to be able to fulfill ethics, agreement and promises.

 

Think positive

You are what you think. You feel what you want.
The biggest difference between people is their attitudes.
Dream of success. Be enthusiastic - but don't talk about it - just be positive, period.
